When Lady Bug invited me to a party her parents were hosting,
saying they were going to have a Trash Can Turkey, I was a little concerned about eating a Turkey that was cooked in a Trash
Can!
As you will see, not only was the Turkey DELICIOUS, but it was
a WONDERFUL time.The picture below is Lady Bug and I on the
photo op staw bale with assorted corn husks.

So how was this delicious Turkey cooked and
who is responsible for the genius behind the trash cans?

Well it appears that Tim, Jim and Bill are directly
responsible and that Lady Bug and Linda condoned it.
I just posed in one of these pictures to prove I was there and that this really happened.
As you can see there are 3 trash cans, one for each of the Turkeys.
They were marinated in Wine, Beer and well 1 not at all.
The side dishes were incredible though some of them indescribable
here but all delicious. I especially enjoyed the French Green beans, rosemary sourdough bread and some kind of tomato
rice dish... like I said... they were not all describable.
I think the wine marination was the most tender of the 3,
but they were all delicious.
